We are looking for two experienced HR Business Partners (one temporary for up to 2 years and one permanent) to join our Workforce team and play a key role in shaping a positive, high-performing culture at Gedling. Working closely with senior leaders and managers, you’ll provide strategic HR support, drive organisational effectiveness, and help ensure our people have the environment and support they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
-Partner with managers to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies.
-Lead on organisational change, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives.
-Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and engagement.
-Use people data and insights to influence decision-making and improve outcomes.
-Coach and develop managers to build capability and confidence.
-Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant, fair, and aligned with our values.

About You
-Substantial experience in an HR Business Partner or HR generalist role which includes experience of TUPE and complex conduct/grievance case management/resolution.
-Confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing at all levels.
-Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
-A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to balance strategic and hands-on work.
-Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
-Member/Corporate Member of the CIPD or qualified through experience
