Summary
Sunderland City Council is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable RSHE Quality Assurance Officer to lead high quality, inclusive, and effective Relationships, Sex and Health Education across primary and secondary educational settings in the city.
This is an exciting opportunity to influence practice at scale, support schools to deliver excellent RSE/RSHE, and ensure that every young person receives a consistent and accurate education which empowers them to develop healthy relationships and good health and wellbeing.
This is a 2 year, fixed term position and the post holder will be employed by Sunderland City Council, based and managed within Together for Childrenandrsquo;s School Improvement Team.

Weandrsquo;re seeking someone with:
A strong knowledge of statutory RSHE guidance and best practice.
Experience in supporting or delivering teaching, curriculum development or school improvement.
Confidence in coaching staff, developing training and leading professional dialogue.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
