What You’ll Be Doing:
• Driving the school’s SEND vision and leading a talented inclusion team
• Designing and delivering impactful, whole-school CPD on inclusive practice
• Overseeing EHCP processes, statutory returns, and compliance for all learners
• Collaborating with teachers, governors, parents, and external agencies
• Monitoring progress and tailoring strategies for students with diverse needs
• Shaping policy—transforming whole-school attitudes towards inclusive education

• UK-qualified (QTS essential); NASENCO desirable
