Summary
Be responsible for creating and managing the Trusts databases for all EDI reporting, ensuring accurate annual and quarterly data capture, completion of all statutory and mandatory online submissions, and effective operation of all EDI systems so that data is generated, updated and stored securely to a high standard. Analyse and interpret Trustwide equality, diversity and inclusion performance data, benchmarking against good practice and innovative approaches to provide targeted strategic and operational recommendations for improvement.
