Summary

BSL Teacher - Specialist Provision
Location: Woodford | Daily Rate: £180-£250 | Full-Time | Immediate Start

We are excited to recruit a passionate and skilled BSL Teacher to join a welcoming, inclusive school in Woodford. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference for deaf and hearing-impaired pupils, supporting their learning, communication, and development in a specialist setting.

We are looking for a confident, adaptable teacher who can deliver engaging, inclusive lessons using British Sign Language (BSL) to ensure all pupils have full access to the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons using BSL for deaf and hearing-impaired pupils

What we're looking for:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification

BSL qualification (Level 2 or above preferred)

Experience supporting deaf or hearing-impaired pupils is highly desirable
