Supporting children across the Early Years setting
Assisting with structured and engaging learning activities
Supporting early literacy, phonics and numeracy development
Promoting positive behaviour and classroom routines
Working collaboratively with teaching and support staff
Supporting pupils' independence and confidence

Teaching Assistants with primary experience
Level 2 or Level 3 qualified support staff
