Salary & Compensation Packages
Level 3 Early Years Teacher (1+ years experience): £32,000 basic + £1,000 bonus = £33,000 per annum
Level 2 Childcare Practitioner: £25,500 basic + £1,000 bonus = £26,500 per annum (Includes fully paid training to achieve your Level 3)
Unqualified Childcare Assistant: £25,000 basic + £500 bonus = £25,500 per annum (Includes fully paid training to achieve your Level 2 or Level 3)
Working Hours
Full-time, Monday to Friday.
Shift patterns: 7:15 am – 5:15 pm | 8:00 am – 6:00 pm | 8:30 am – 6:30 pm.
Includes a 1-hour lunch break and a 15-minute paid refreshment break.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality care and education, adhering to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Take responsibility for a key group of children, maintaining accurate learning journeys and tracking developmental milestones.
Plan, prepare, and facilitate engaging indoor and outdoor activities tailored to each child's needs.
Support daily routines including mealtimes, sleep monitoring, and nappy changing.
Build strong, collaborative relationships with parents and families, including leading termly parent-teacher meetings.
Maintain strict adherence to all safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene policies.
What We Are Looking For
A genuine passion for child development and early years education.

Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
For L2/L3 Roles: Relevant CACHE, NVQ, or BTEC qualifications in Childcare/Early Years.
