Summary
Please see attached documents for full details Individual job plans will be discussed and finalised with the Lead Clinician and Clinical Director on appointment and will become operational on commencement. All job plans are agreed in line with the Trusts Job Planning Principles. Job plans will be reviewed annually in line with appraisals. The job plan will be a prospective agreement that sets out a consultants typical working pattern, duties and responsibilities. It will cover all aspects of a consultants professional practice including clinical work, teaching, research, education, managerial responsibilities, and external commitments.
