Sodexo is looking for a friendly, reliable Catering Assistant to join our team at Grange Road, Flixton, Bungay, Norfolk, NR35 1NT. This is a great opportunity to join our team as a Catering Assistant, supporting the preparation and service of fresh meals while helping to create a welcoming dining environment for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, friendly, and professional service to colleagues, clients, and customers at all times.
- Support the preparation and service of fresh, high-quality meals from our varied menus.
- Prepare and maintain clean, welcoming, and well-presented dining areas.
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, allergen, and storage procedures to maintain a safe environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous hospitality or food service experience is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
- A positive attitude with strong communication skills.
- Good attention to cleanliness, organisation, and detail.
- A reliable team player who is willing to support colleagues when needed.
- A full driving licence and access to transport, due to the rural location of the site.
