14 hours 3/4 of an hour in the morning and early evening approximately between 10.30 -11.15 am and 5.30 - 6.15pm ish depending on what's happening on a particular day. I also have 3.5 hours to be used more flexibly.

Support Worker / Personal Assistant Required – 14 Hours Per Week

I am a 20-year-old man looking for a team, of at least two, reliable and motivating Support Workers / Personal Assistants to help me build a consistent routine and stay on top of daily tasks. I do vape and will not vape when asked not to.

I enjoy watching sports — especially basketball, football, cage fighting and boxing — as well as gaming, YouTube, cars and Nike trainers! It would be great to find someone who shares similar interests or is happy to chat about them.

Hours:

14 hours per week

45 minutes every morning

45 minutes every evening

3.5 flexible hours to use across the week as needed

Support Required:

Building and maintaining a daily routine

Prompts and support to prepare simple meals

Help with food shopping

prompting to undertake laundry and general household organisation

Encouragement to take medication

Encouragement with personal care

Help with admin tasks (appointments, paperwork, forms)

Support to access community-based activities

About You:

Reliable, patient and encouraging

Good sense of humour

Able to provide clear, respectful prompts

Supportive but not overbearing

Comfortable supporting a young adult to build independence

Duties include:
- Medication prompting/administering
- Eating and drinking assistance
- Moving and handling
- Other relevant duties as required

- Transportation
- Companionship

Candidate qualities:
