Summary
Role Responsibilities Provide dedicated 1:1 behaviour and safety support at all times. Assist with all aspects of personal hygiene and personal care. Encourage participation in daily activities, promoting independence wherever possible. Support engagement in homebased and community activities. Maintain clear, accurate records and report any concerns however small promptly. Follow personcentred care plans and work collaboratively with the family. Days & Hours: Weekend :8AM - 8PM Weekdays:2 x weekdays : 6:30 AM to 09:30 AM
