Summary
Rugby School has created an exciting new role to coordinate, manage and optimise the whole School’s transport service offering and logistics operations.
Applicants should have experience in administration, project management, transport and/or logistics. Strong IT, organisational and planning skills as well as a keen customer-focused, service-driven mindset are essential.
Key responsibilities will include Transport Operations (planning and reviewing transport routes, acting as a key contact for parents/guardians, organising transport for school trips, sports fixtures and key events, maintaining transport booking system with associated documentation and liaising with Admissions to ensure transport information is kept up to date).
This role is term time plus (equivalent to 35 weeks), Monday – Friday based on 37.5 hours.
