Early Years Practitioner - Nursery (Kensal Rise)
Temp to Perm | Immediate Start | £95-£110 per day

Early Years Environment
The Nursery team is warm, collaborative and deeply committed to giving every child the strongest possible start. The setting blends purposeful play, outdoor learning, early communication development and high‑quality continuous provision. Staff work closely together to create a safe, stimulating and joyful environment where children feel confident, supported and ready to explore.
Role Responsibilities
You will be based in the Nursery class, supporting children aged 3-4 with their early learning, routines and personal development. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting high‑quality play‑based learning and early communication
- Leading small‑group and 1:1 activities
- Assisting with observations, assessments and next steps
- Supporting personal care, routines and wellbeing
- Helping maintain a warm, inclusive and engaging learning environment
- Working closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team
- Modelling positive relationships and encouraging independence and confidence
Essential Requirements
- A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (DfE‑compliant)
- A DBS on the Update Service
- Experience working in an EYFS setting, ideally Nursery
- Strong communication, initiative and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for Early Years education
- Experience with vulnerable children or 2‑year‑old provision is desirable but not essential
