The Role – Early Years Practitioner
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a vibrant nursery class from February 2026. You will play a key role in supporting children’s learning and development across the EYFS framework, with a particular focus on early language, communication, and phonics.
You will support the delivery of engaging, play-based learning activities, work closely with the class teacher and EYFS team, and help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong EYFS knowledge, hands-on experience delivering or supporting phonics sessions, and a warm, proactive approach to early childhood education.
