Summary

Bawso is the lead organisation in Wales providing practical and emotional support to black minority ethnic (BME) and migrant victims of domestic abuse, sexual violence, human trafficking, Female Genital Mutilation and forced marriage.

We are seeking to appoint for the following position:

Fundraising & Bid Development Manager

​Location: Office-based, in one of our offices in Wales (Cardiff, Swansea, Newport or Wrexham).​
Hours: 22.5 hrs per week
Salary: £20,290.20 per annum 
Contract length: 1 Year, subject to funding

Role:

The post holder will lead on the development of the Fundraising function for Bawso ensuring maximisation of income. The post holder will also be responsible of implementing new tools and methodologies through the implementation of the fundraising strategy. Additionally, the post holder will lead on the delivery of sustainable income growth from Community Fundraising, Events and In Memoriam activity aimed at individuals, groups and companies based locally, nationally, UK wide & internationally. The post holder will work collaboratively with the Management Implementation Team to creatively and innovatively increase and drive forward income generation in order to build sustainable fundraising for Bawso into the future.
