*Uphold excellent food hygiene practices.
About You
*Proven experience as a Chef, with expert knowledge of Indian and Nepali cuisine.
*Strong understanding of spices and traditional cooking techniques.
*Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
*Excellent team player.
*Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
