We have a permanent opportunity for a Mobile Plumber (Multi-Skilled) to join our Estates & Facilities team, based at Royal South Hants Hospital and working across the wider Hampshire region, including Southampton, Portsmouth, and the New Forest, within a typical 1.5hour travel radius. Salary: Starting from £29,000 plus on call allowance + Van and tools provided. Key Responsibilities This role will deliver a range of plumbing and general maintenance tasks within NHS Property Services premises, ensuring a safe, compliant, and wellmaintained environment for colleagues, patients, and visitors. Duties include: Carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance Supporting daytoday building maintenance in a hospital/commercial setting. Travelling across multiple NHSPS sites within the Hampshire area. Working in line with relevant policies, procedures, and safety standards. Providing a high standard of customer service to clinical and nonclinical teams. Where You'll Be Base Location: Royal South Hants Hospital, Southampton Working Area: Mobile across Hampshire, including Southampton, Portsmouth, and the New Forest (within 1.5 hours of base). What We're Looking For Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing. Experience in commercial maintenance, ideally within healthcare. Ability to carry out a wide range of daytoday maintenance tasks. A flexible, customerfocused approach and willingness to travel. A full UK driving licence (mobile role). Desirable: additional skills in carpentry or electrical work.
