Are you passionate about helping children and young people flourish? We’re seeking committed Residential Children’s Workers to join our team in Woburn. In this rewarding role, you’ll provide consistent care, guidance, and encouragement, supporting young residents to overcome challenges, build confidence, and develop essential life skills.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver day-to-day care and emotional support to young residents
Maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing home environment
Promote independence and help young people develop life skills
Collaborate with a professional care team to provide high-quality, person-centred support

About You

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare preferred, but not essential
