We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and professional Carers to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care support, including washing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
Assist individuals with mobility, transfers, and physical support.
Support service users with eating, drinking, and nutrition management.
Assist with medication administration or prompting, per care plans.
Observe, monitor, and record service users’ health conditions and well-being.
Follow and implement individual care plans developed by healthcare professionals.
Provide emotional support and companionship to service users.
Encourage independence and participation in daily activities.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and report concerns to supervisors.
Safeguard vulnerable adults from abuse, neglect, or harm.
Support service users in community activities and social engagement by facilitating their participation in local events, providing transportation, and encouraging social interactions with peers.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for care delivery.
Work with health professionals, nurses, and social workers where required.
Follow health and safety, infection control, and safeguarding policies.
Requirements
* Experience working as a carer (essential).
* A kind, compassionate, and patient approach
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
