We are looking for a Registered Mental health Nurse(RMN/RNLD)with a current UK NMC PIN number & A passion for delivering outstanding care to join us on site at Cygnet Hospital Bury. You'll be working full time (37.5 Hours a week) across Days,Nights & Weekends within one of our Acute/PICU Adult Wards at Cygnet Hospital Bury Dunes. Cygnet Bury Dunes provides a wide range of inpatient mental health services for men and women including specialist deaf services and emergency admission services. Each service user has a bedroom with en suite facilities and a range of communal spaces including a gym, laundry, occupational therapy kitchen, therapy garden and woodland walkways down to the Elton Reservoir. Your Day-to-Day: Produce outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, and improve quality Attend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge & promote nursing Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained collectively with residents, relatives and other healthcare professionals. Administer prescribed medicines with Healthcare procedure and Healthcare Commission guidelines. You are: Open, compassionate, honest & resilient Experienced RMN with a current Pin Number Capable to maintain documentation and undertake audits Well informed of the Mental Health Act 1983 & have an understanding of latest nursing practices Able to deputise in a clinical lead role Focused on patient recovery to monitor, manage & reduce risk Helping to empower & support service user independence.Why Cygnet?
