P4 Recruitment are supporting our client in the search for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established children’s residential service in Bolton. The home provides a safe, nurturing environment where children can grow and thrive, supported by a passionate and dedicated team.
Role: Registered Manager (Children’s residential services)
Location: Bolton
Salary: £51,500–£61,500 (depending on skills & experience)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (to meet service needs)
What we’re looking for:
At least 2 years’ experience managing an Ofsted-registered home for children with learning disabilities.
Relevant leadership qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
Strong knowledge of children’s regulations, Ofsted standards, and team supervision.
A caring, hands-on approach and great leadership skills.
