Summary
Long term Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) position to start as soon as possible, supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, based in Huyton, full time Monday to Friday.
The school has provision for pupils aged 5-11 years old who have an education, health, and care plan (EHCP) that reflects their Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including Autism and Speech and Language needs.
The HLTA position will involve delivering lessons across all classes, ensuring consistency and continuity of learning. The work will be set by the class teacher, most importantly we are looking for you to engage with the children and create a happy, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
This is an amazing opportunity to work collaboratively with a supportive, welcoming, and experienced team.
The position is to start as soon as possible, until July 2026 with the opportunity to continue in September.
