We are looking for a Quality and Engagement Lead who is responsible for leading the end-to-end quality and engagement process and
activities for CILEX Education Partners, maintaining compliance with CILEX approval and quality assurance frameworks.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter and confident communicator with a background in centre approvals, Centre
Assessment Standard Scrutiny (CASS), IQA and/or EQA activities for a regulated awarding organisation.




The Role

* Conduct CILEX approval and due diligence activities for the approval of new Education Partners reporting recommendations to the
Senior Quality Manager.
* Deliver onboarding activities for education partners in accordance with CILEX processes.
* Review and update policies, procedures and guidance relevant to the approval and management of Education Partners
* Monitor Education Partners’ adherence to policies, procedures, and qualification specifications in accordance with CILEX
procedures.
* Deliver the CASS strategy and conduct quality assurance reviews of education partners’ approved programmes to determine
compliance with CILEX standards.
* Maintain risk profiles for all education partners and implement risk mitigation actions to manage risk.
* Provide guidance and training to Education Partners to support effective quality assurance and compliance with CILEX
requirements.
* Act as a key point of contact for Education Partners addressing queries across all Awarding Body products and services
* Deliver education partner engagement activities in accordance with the engagement strategy.
* Review and update Education Partner policies, procedures and processes to support continuous improvement.
* Contract, train and monitor 3rd parties involved in internal and external quality assurance activities.
* Collect, report and analyse data to support operational planning for Awarding Body qualification and assessment services.
* Oversee the Education Partners Hub ensuring accurate and timeline updates
* Conduct assessments of qualifications for exemption purposes
* Monitor and chase outstanding payments




* To undertake any other duties of a similar level and responsibility as may be required from time to time







What We’re Looking For




Essential

* Educated to degree level or equivalent
* Experience of centre accreditation, Centre Assessment Standards Scrutiny and quality assurance in a regulated awarding
organisation







Desirable

* Legal qualification at Level 6
* IQA or EQA qualification
* Experience of apprenticeship delivery or assessment
