Axium Process is a leading provider of hygienic process solutions, specialising in membrane filtration systems, CIP systems, stainless-steel fabrication, and bespoke process design. We support customers across the pharmaceutical, food & beverage, dairy, and chemical sectors with innovative, efficient, and sustainable engineering solutions.
Based at our 30,000 ft² manufacturing facility at Hendy Industrial Estate, Swansea, and employing over 67 people, Axium Process is an ambitious and expanding business with a clear objective: to become the number one provider in our market.

Key Responsibilities / Skills:
• Inspect finished parts before despatch – checks include dimensions, defects, surface finish.
• Carry out in-process stage inspections on manufactured items,
• Check goods in against purchase orders and engineering drawing,
• As required carry out first article inspections for aerospace parts,
• Record rejects in accordance with an internal quality process.
Other skills
• Hydrostatic pressure testing experience would be an advantage,
• Any welding and surface finishing experience would be an advantage,
• Good verbal and written communication are essential,
• General computer experience is essential.
