This is a leadership role for a chef who values quality, organisation and team culture.
The Role
As Head Chef, you will lead all culinary operations for weddings and private multi-day events of up to 140 guests.
Guests stay onsite for two nights, and catering includes:

The main event dining experience
You will have full ownership of:

Seasonal menu development

Kitchen management and standards

Food safety and compliance

Supplier relationships

This is an events-led environment where precision, presentation and forward planning are key.
About You
We’re looking for:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef ready to step up

Excellent leadership and team development skills

Strong organisational and forward-planning ability

Solid financial understanding (food cost control & budgets)

Passion for modern British cuisine using quality seasonal produce

Calm and confident leadership during service
Own transport is essential due to the rural location near Liskeard.
