Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the delivery of change across business and technology teams. The role is responsible for eliciting, defining, documenting and managing requirements through the full delivery lifecycle, ensuring solutions deliver measurable value and meet user needs.
Key responsibilities
Lead requirements elicitation via workshops, interviews, process walk-throughs and document reviews
Translate needs into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria
Produce analysis artefacts: AS-IS / TO-BE process maps, gap analysis, business rules, workflows, data definitions
Maintain requirements traceability; support impact assessment and change control
Work in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments (ceremonies, backlog refinement, stakeholder alignment)
Support UAT: define scenarios, manage triage, validate outcomes against acceptance criteria
Contribute to implementation readiness: training materials, operational handover, post-implementation review
Required experience and skills
Proven Business Analyst experience delivering change (process, digital, data or systems)
Strong stakeholder management and communication across technical/non-technical audiences
Strong requirements documentation skills (functional/non-functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria)
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and quality mindset
Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, QA and Operations teams
Desirable (nice-to-have)
Experience in regulated environments (healthcare, public sector)
Familiarity with data and reporting tools (Excel; SQL/Power BI desirable where relevant)
Healthcare related domain knowledge or relevant certifications
Tools and ways of working
Jira / Confluence (or Azure DevOps)
Visio / Lucidchart / Draw.io
Miro / Mural
Excel; SQL/Power BI (where applicable)
