Your new company
We're supporting a nationally recognised charity whose work changes lives every day. They are investing heavily in modernising their digital and data landscape, strengthening the systems and intelligence that underpin their services. Their CRM platform, functionally similar to Blackboard, is central to how they operate, and they are now enhancing their data capability to ensure accuracy, governance and insight at scale. This is an environment where your technical expertise will directly support a mission with real social impact.
Your new role
This is a role for someone who wants to be at the centre of a complex, high‑value data ecosystem. You'll be the person the organisation turns to when clarity, precision and technical depth are needed. Using your SQL and scripting expertise, you'll interrogate datasets, diagnose issues at source, resolve operational challenges and ensure information flows cleanly across systems. You'll take ownership of triaging and managing data‑related requests, applying analytical thinking to identify root causes and ensuring that more complex issues reach the right specialists. You'll maintain data quality across key platforms, support governance activities, refine documentation and help shape improvements that strengthen the organisation's data foundations. This is a role where your judgement, technical capability and ability to bring order to complexity will be felt across the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll bring strong SQL capability and the confidence to write, optimise and troubleshoot queries that get to the heart of data issues. You'll be comfortable using scripting to interrogate or automate processes, and you'll have hands‑on experience working with CRM systems, ideally platforms comparable to Blackboard. You understand the importance of data integrity, governance and GDPR, and you communicate clearly with colleagues at all levels. Above all, you're proactive, organised and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and reliability.
What you'll get in return
You'll join a purpose‑driven organisation where data plays a critical role in delivering meaningful outcomes. You'll work alongside a collaborative team committed to improvement and excellence, gaining hands‑on experience in a modernising data environment where your expertise will be valued and your impact visible.
