Summary

Our Everybody Aquatics programme is growing! Passionate about swimming and ready for a new challenge? Come & join our growing team and help people to live well and for longer as an Everybody SWIM Lead!

Take the lead in shaping the aquatics programme at one of our designated Leisure Centre’s across Cheshire East and inspire a community of confident swimmers. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the swim scheme and support your own dedicated team of teachers to deliver exceptional lessons and customer experiences.

If you’re an enthusiastic swimming teacher with experience coordinating a swim programme and you’re ready to step up in your Aquatics or Leisure career, this could be the perfect opportunity. You’ll join a passionate, supportive team committed to developing both the programme and themselves, helping take our fantastic scheme even further.

As an Everybody SWIM Lead, you’ll coordinate our range of ‘Everybody SWIM’ products, including the Learn to Swim Scheme. Each week you’ll work closely with customers and colleagues to maintain high standards, spend time managing and developing your team, and continue teaching poolside. Your balance of coordination and delivery will depend on the size of the programme at your centre.

Salary: £28,838.36

Contracted roles follow a three point grading structure, with the opportunity to advance annually through the PDR (Performance and Development Review) process

Hours - 37
(Including Days, Evenings and Weekends)

Closing Date - 23rd March 2026

Qualification - Level 2 Swim Instructor qualification is essential for this role.
