Summary

Would you like the chance to shape a high quality, inclusive swimming programme while leading and developing a team of dedicated instructors? If so, our Senior Swim Lead role could be the perfect next step for you.

Join Everybody Health and Leisure as a Senior Swim Lead and play a key role in shaping the quality and consistency of our aquatic services across multiple leisure centres. Reporting to the Aquatics Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving performance, maintaining high teaching standards, and supporting swimmer retention across a defined area. You will also provide on‑site support at one designated centre while delivering a small number of teaching hours each week.

In this leadership role, you’ll line manage a team of Swim Leads, offering guidance, improving performance, and ensuring that organisational policies and standards are consistently met. You’ll lead regular team meetings, manage staff performance including PDRs, and respond to serious complaints across the area. Monitoring KPIs, analysing data, and ensuring value for money will also be key elements of your work.

This role is ideal for an experienced aquatic professional who is passionate about quality, consistency, and operational excellence. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy supporting others to perform at their best, and are committed to delivering high quality swim programmes, we’d love to hear from you.
