Ganger Opportunities - Long-Term Career on HS2

We are urgently recruiting experienced Gangers for major civil engineering works across London, supporting long-term delivery on the prestigious HS2 infrastructure project.

We are seeking motivated, confident individuals who are keen to build a long-term career within large-scale civil engineering projects.

The shifts will be Monday to Friday, 10-12 hours per shift. This will be very long term work with the view to keep you on and move you onto other projects once finished.

Requirements:
  • Experience on civil engineering projects (major infrastructure preferred)

  • Candidates from smaller residential construction backgrounds will also be considered

  • Gold CSCS Card (Supervisory) preferred

  • Proven experience working as a Ganger / Team Leader

  • Ambitious and looking for progression opportunities

  • Committed to long-term project work

Strong candidates with a Blue CSCS card and solid Ganger experience will be considered, with support provided to gain the Gold card.

Rates of Pay:

Standard Hours (First 39 hours):
£17.62 per hour

Overtime (After 39 hours):
£26.43 per hour

Weekend Rates:
First 4 hours: £26.43 per hour
After 4 hours: £35.24 per hour
