Summary

Are you someone with proven experience as an iTrent System Administrator/System Specialist or other comparable People and Pay system? If you are excited by change, continuous improvement, and communication and want to play a part in shaping the future of people processes and systems, this role is perfect for you.

The HR Unit are looking for a People Systems Adviser to join them on a 12 month fixed term role.

As a People Systems Adviser, you will work alongside a team of three Systems Advisers within the People Systems and Analytics team. You will assist in the scope, design, and testing of our people and pay system and provide insights into the continuous improvement of people processes, systems, and policies. Additionally, you will offer first-line support to employees regarding the people and pay system, providing guidance and support.

You will support the MI Analyst to meet reporting requirements by providing HR information to support key corporate projects and fulfil the established monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting needs as outlined in the Reports Planner.

The People Systems Manager relies on you to help achieve success by using your excellent planning, teamwork, and communication skills to deliver projects and continuous improvements on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard.

Your role and responsibilities may vary from one project to another, allowing you to demonstrate your flexibility and excellent planning and organisational skills.
