Role Overview
The Bookings & Facilities Manager position is a core company role responsible for driving revenue performance while ensuring the seamless delivery of all customer experiences. This position sits at the intersection of sales, operations, and customer service.
You will lead internal coordination across teams, manage booking systems, facilities, and ensure exceptional customer care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where flexibility and decisive problem-solving are essential.

Key Responsibilities
• Conversion of incoming phone calls to sales
• Overseeing the booking system and managing the full customer journey
• Planning and scheduling flight experiences, working alongside Engineering, Operations & pilots
• Working with the remote accounts team to manage billing, invoicing, and payment tracking
• Coordinating communication across sales, operations, and flight teams
• Ensuring outstanding customer service and handling any issues promptly
• Overseeing facilities condition, repairs and maintenance
• Organising set up of event space for Goodwood Events

• Telephone sales experience
• Sales management background
• Experience managing bookings, scheduling, and operations
• Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills
• Confident managing customers and VIP clients
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
• Financial awareness, including invoicing and revenue tracking
• Experience using Excel, Word and Xero
