Summary

We're looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our Government Contracts team based in Basingstoke.

Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG22 8UQ

Hours: 37.50 hours per week

Join our team as a Commercial Administrator and play a vital role in supporting our Government Contracts business. You'll be responsible for processing Applications for Payment and raising Purchase Orders while collaborating with our Commercial, Finance, and Operational teams in a supportive and dynamic environment.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Commercial Administrator, you'll be working within the Commercial team, supporting them in processing data for key back-office functions. Your day to day will include:

• Processing Applications for Payment and raising Purchase Orders

• Checking quotes, job completion paperwork, invoices and documentation

• Resolving internal and external queries with care and attention

• Supporting the Commercial team with daily back-office functions

• Collaborating with the Finance team on CIS/DRC queries
