Join Cora Health as a Senior Operations Manager and play a pivotal role in delivering safe, effective, and financially sustainable services across a largeICS footprint. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity, combining strategic oversight, performance management, stakeholder partnership, and transformational improvement - all focused on delivering exceptional care and outcomes. Applications will close 22 nd February, shortlisting for the role by the 25 th February with view to interview in person in London week commencing 9 th March Join Our Team As Senior Operations Manager, you'll hold accountability for operational delivery across a large, integrated portfolio within Mid and South Essex. You'll lead system-wide operations across multiple places, ensuring contractual, clinical quality, and financial targets are achieved while driving productivity, service transformation, and continuous improvement. Here's a snapshot of what you'll be doing: Lead end-to-end operational delivery across multiple services and locations Own system-level KPIs, diagnosing variation and implementing recovery strategies Deliver revenue, margin, and financial performance targets Optimise demand and capacity planning to maintain access and quality standards Lead and develop Operations Managers and wider teams Build trusted partnerships with commissioners and system stakeholders Sponsor improvement and transformation programmes across the system Ensure compliance with regulatory, governance, and safety frameworks Assure business continuity, risk management, and incident preparedness Translate operational and financial data into decisive, measurable action You'll play a key role in implementing Cora Health's operational strategy while fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement. About You We're looking for an accomplished and confident system-level leader with strong experience in healthcare operations. You'll be able to demonstrate: Proven leadership experience within large-scale, complex healthcare environments Strong track record of delivering operational and financial performance Experience leading leaders and developing high-performing teams Advanced demand and capacity planning expertise Strong stakeholder partnership and negotiation skills High data literacy and analytical capability Experience driving impactful service improvement and transformation Essential Leadership & Management qualification 5+ years' management/leadership experience (ideally within healthcare) Desirable Experience leading multi-site or system-wide healthcare operations Leadership/Management qualification Level 5 or above Key Skills & Knowledge You will bring: Advanced demand and capacity planning capability Strong financial and commercial management skills Expertise in improvement methods and change leadership Excellent people leadership skills across large, distributed teams Deep understanding of healthcare regulatory and governance frameworks Ability to interpret complex performance and financial data What We Can Offer You At Cora Health, we invest in leaders who shape the future of healthcare delivery.
