Summary
Total Safe Ltd, a BAFE-registered and growing Fire and Safety Company based in Essex, covering the South of England and London. We are looking for a Senior Relationship Account Manager to join our team, working from our offices in Corringham, Essex.
To support our continued growth, we are recruiting a Senior Relationship Account Manager who will take ownership of our key client portfolio and be responsible for:
-Building and maintaining long-term relationships with our most valued clients
-Acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts
-Proactively identifying client needs and opportunities for account growth
-Managing the full client journey from initial enquiry through to project completion
-Overseeing work scheduling and diary management to meet client expectations
-Preparing and presenting quotations and proposals for key accounts
-Monitoring account performance and reporting on KPIs
-Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
-Stock control, ordering and maintaining accurate client records
