• First point of contact via telephone and email for customers, team members and suppliers
• Daily management of our construction management software
• Scheduling of jobs
Skills/Experience
• Previous experience in customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills via phone and email
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good computer skills
• Knowledge of electrics preferable but not essential
