As an Office Assistant, your responsibilities will include…
Manage incoming and outgoing post and courier services, including confidential documents
Act as the main contact for building management, contractors and suppliers
Oversee office access and visitor management, ensuring security procedures are followed
Process invoices, expenses and help monitor office spend, manage office supplies and equipment
Handle reception duties, calls, meeting room bookings and general enquiries
Help organise office events, celebrations and engagement activities
We are looking for an Office Assistant with the following skills and experience…
A background in a professional office environment, e.g. legal, finance, corporate
Experience in office management, facilities, administration, workplace coordination or reception
Confident dealing with senior stakeholders, visitors and suppliers
Experience handling invoices, budgets or purchasing is a plus
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities at once
Outstanding administration skills with strong accuracy and attention detail
In return, the successful Office Assistant will receive a salary of £25,000 - £30,000, plus the following benefits…
