Salary: BG6 SCP 6-7 (FTE £25,989 to £26,403)We are looking for a part-time, 27.5 hours per week over 5 days (fewer days or hours will be considered), 1:1 SEND Support LSAs to join our dedicated team, working across the trust to support children with needs associated with ASD and social communication difficulties. Staff will deliver high quality support for learning activities 1:1 for children who have enhanced level funding and support children with social interactions as well as academic interventions (including playground support and support for off-site events).
This role is varied, and we are looking for an adaptable, flexible and resourceful individual able to cope in a high-pressure environment and deal with constantly changing priorities.

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
• Experience of delivering interventions on a 1:1 basis or in a small group.
• Experience of working with a range of primary aged children.
• Experience of working with children with SEND, in particular those with ASD or high level speech and language needs.
• A high level of communication skills and the ability to relate positively to children and adults.
• A commitment to the happiness well-being, self-esteem and progress of everyone at the school
