The Role

As a Data Analyst, you'll bridge the gap between data and operations — transforming raw information into actionable intelligence that supports engineering teams and operational delivery.

You will:
Develop, publish and automate Power BI reports and dashboards
Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, risks and opportunities
Extract, cleanse and transform data from operational systems
Build scalable data models that support strategic decision-making
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver clear, meaningful insights
Provide on-site operational support to engineering teams
This is not just a desk-based role — you'll see first hand how your data solutions impact real infrastructure projects.

What We're Looking For
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
Confidence working independently with unstructured problems
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Microsoft tools (including Power BI), GIS or other technical software
Ability to interpret water network schematics and technical plans
Strong organisational and workload management skills
A collaborative, team-focused mindset
Desirable Experience
Background in wastewater or water operations
Training or coaching experience
