Summary

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join our newly formed Communications and Marketing Infrastructure team. In this role you'll play a key role in driving brand awareness for Kier Infrastructure. Partnering with senior leaders, you'll create and deliver marketing strategies that enhance our reputation and support work-winning activities. This position requires travel across site and locations.



Location: Nationwide - travel required with some remote working

Hours: Permanent Fulltime 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum + private healthcare + £5.9k car allowance + benefits

What will you be responsible for?

As a Marketing Manager, working as part of our communications and marketing team, you'll collaborate with sector specialists to plan and deliver integrated campaigns across our key markets, supporting our work‑winning activity and strengthening the Kier brand.

Your day to day will include:

-Developing and delivering targeted B2B marketing campaigns with clear metrics and outcomes

-Managing divisional events and awards to maximise visibility and recognition

-Building relationships with key stakeholders across the business and industry

-Measuring the effectiveness of marketing activities to demonstrate ROI

-Line managing a marketing coordinator while collaborating with the wider marketing team



What are we looking for?

This role of Marketing Manager is great if you:

-Are experienced developing and delivering effective marketing campaigns with measurable results

-Can demonstrate the ability to achieve measurable business results through the effective use of digital marketing tools, including email automation, social media, and account‑based marketing

-Have a proven track record of submitting successful entries and winning recognised industry awards

-Strong understanding of traditional and emerging marketing strategies, techniques and approaches

-Proven experience influencing business leaders, with the confidence to network effectively and build strong, trusted relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all level
