Thrive Education is recruiting Inclusive Learning Support Assistants to join our supportive SEN supply team, working across schools and specialist provisions throughout Devon, Cornwall, and Dorset.
This is a fantastic opportunity for caring, resilient individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs and helping them succeed in education and beyond.
You'll work with pupils who may have:

- MLD, SLD, and complex needs
Your role will be to provide consistent, calm, and encouraging support, helping learners feel safe, engaged, and confident.
We'd love to hear from you if you:
- Have experience supporting children or young people with SEN (schools, care, youth work, or similar settings)
- Take a calm, reliable, and adaptable approach
- Are confident supporting individual pupils and small groups
- Are willing to provide personal care where required
- Hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle
- A people-first, supportive agency
- Great daily rates (PAYE or Umbrella options)
- Day-to-day, long-term, and ongoing placements
- Access to training and professional development
- A £100 referral bonus for successful recommendations
