Thrive Education is proud to be recruiting a SEN Intervention & Support Lead (HLTA Level) for one of our specialist partner provisions near Bere Alston, Devon.

This dedicated SEN setting supports children and young people aged 7-19 with Autism (ASD) and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs, including trauma-informed and attachment-aware approaches. The provision focuses on nurturing relationships, structured support, and helping pupils re-engage with learning in a safe and supportive environment.

We're looking for a confident and compassionate professional who is ready to take on a senior support role and make a meaningful difference.
- Supporting teachers to plan and adapt curriculum delivery to meet diverse needs
- Leading targeted 1:1 and small-group interventions
- Promoting emotional regulation, resilience, and positive behaviour
- Acting as a consistent, trusted adult for pupils with additional needs
- Planning and reviewing interventions to measure impact and progress
- Supporting and guiding Teaching Assistants within the team
- Contributing to a calm, structured, and inclusive learning environment
- Have strong experience supporting pupils with SEN, SEMH, and/or Autism
- Understand trauma-informed and emotionally responsive practice
- Are confident leading learning interventions independently
- Build positive, professional relationships with pupils and colleagues
- Remain calm, resilient, and solution-focused
- Are reflective and committed to ongoing professional development

HLTA status or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
