What You'll Be Doing
- Leading design coordination across multidisciplinary teams
- Working closely with internal group specialists (RC frame, piling, demo, joinery, fit‑out)
- Driving clarity, buildability, and programme certainty
- Challenging design where needed, without the politics
- Supporting pre‑construction and shaping early design strategy
Who We're Looking For
Someone who:
- Has Design Manager or Senior Design Coordinator experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2
- Thrives in a collaborative, low‑ego environment.
- Communicates clearly and respectfully.
