Summary

Contract Support Advisor
Salary:
£26,227 per annum + Package
Regional Office Worker
- Site based & Homeworking + Organised Travel to Birmingham required

If successful you will be providing a range of administrative & support services, delivering outstanding levels of customer services - both over the phone, digitally and across the wider team.

What youll be doing:

  • Liaising with anyone contacting the Ingeus corporate phonelines or via electronic communication - for both internal & external stakeholders, monitoring information between DWP, JCP & Ingeus
  • Processing participant referrals & importing onto CRM system
  • Conducting compliance checks against various forms of documentation linked to different contracts

You will Require:

  • Experience of data entry is essential
  • General administrative experience in a high-volume environment
  • Experience of effective & efficient calendar management (Using MS Teams & Outlook)
  • Excellent listening & communication skills
