About Innovate ADHD Ltd Innovate ADHD Ltd is a CQC-registered healthcare provider specialising in ADHD assessment and treatment services. We operate a digital-first hybrid model, offering both face-to-face and remote consultations. We offer NHS ADHD services under the Right to Choose pathway. Purpose of the Role The Business Development Intern will support the growth of Innovate ADHD by building and maintaining relationships with GP surgeries, charities, and other healthcare providers. The primary aim is to expand referral networks, raise awareness of our services, and strengthen partnerships across the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities Liaise with GP surgeries to promote awareness of ADHD referral pathways, including the Right to Choose process, and build strong working relationships with practice managers and clinical staff Identify and engage with charities, voluntary organisations, and community groups working in ADHD, neurodiversity, and mental health to explore partnership and referral opportunities Establish and maintain relationships with other healthcare providers, including NHS trusts, private clinics, and allied health professionals, to develop collaborative referral arrangements Research and map potential referral partners across target regions to support strategic outreach planning Prepare and deliver presentations, information packs, and promotional materials tailored to different healthcare audiences Attend networking events, conferences, health fairs, and community meetings to represent Innovate ADHD and generate new contacts Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all stakeholder interactions and outreach activities using our CRM system Gather feedback from GPs, charities, and partner organisations to inform service improvement and identify new opportunities Support the preparation of proposals, partnership agreements, and tender documentation Monitor and report on outreach activity, tracking key metrics such as new contacts made, referrals generated, and partnerships established Assist the wider team with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as required Person Specification Essential Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confident and professional manner when engaging with external stakeholders Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Genuine interest in healthcare, ADHD, or neurodiversity Desirable Previous experience in a business development, marketing, or stakeholder engagement role Understanding of the NHS landscape, including Integrated Care Boards and the Right to Choose process Experience using CRM systems Knowledge of ADHD or neurodevelopmental conditions What We Offer Hands-on experience in healthcare business development within a growing NHS provider Mentorship and support from experienced professionals Flexible and remote working arrangements Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on ADHD service access across the UK A supportive, collaborative, and inclusive working environment Additional Information This role is subject to a satisfactory DBS check.
