Summary

Ravensdale is a music lead primary school in the heart of Wyken, Coventry. We are guided through the curriculum by our values, curiosity, collaboration, respect, resilience and kindness. We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to support our classroom teachers in delivering high quality teaching, learning and care for all of our children. If you have experience working with primary aged children and are qualified to NVQ 2 or 3, we would love to hear from you.

Job purpose:

To support the classroom teacher in delivering high quality teaching, learning and care for all children.

Who are we looking for?

• Supervise and support the teaching and learning activities of individuals or groups of

children to facilitate progress and ensure safety.

• Monitor individual pupil's progress, achievements and development needs, reporting

to the responsible teacher as appropriate.

• Assist the teacher with the planning of learning activities in the classroom, preparing

or modifying work for individuals or group of pupils as directed.
