Summary
Chalfont Construction Limited is building a national pool of reliable, skilled CIS workers who can be called upon for projects across the UK. If you’re experienced, competent, and want to be considered for ongoing work, we want to hear from you.
We are expanding our CCL Training Matrix — a vetted list of approved operatives who meet our standards and can be deployed quickly when new projects start.
We’re looking for dependable CIS workers with experience in:
• Groundworks, civils, or enabling works
• Plant operation (360, dumper, telehandler, etc.)
• Site supervision or lead hand roles
If you’re competent, safety focused, and take pride in your work, you’ll fit right in.
What being on the CCL Training Matrix means
• You’ll be pre approved for upcoming work
• You’ll be contacted when roles open nationally
• You’ll have access to repeat work with a well organised contractor
• You’ll be part of a trusted pool of operatives used across multiple projects

Requirements
• CIS / self employed status
• Valid CSCS or CPCS card or equivalent
• Other relevant tickets or qualifications for your trade
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to travel for national projects
• Ability to work safely and follow site procedures
• Right to work in the UK
