The Opportunity:
We’re supporting a fast-scaling AI SaaS business operating in a regulated, high-value B2B environment. Demand is strong, the proposition is proven, and the challenge is simple: turning consistent inbound and outbound activity into predictable SaaS revenue.
This is a pure closing role for someone who enjoys running a structured sales motion end to end: outreach → discovery → demo → proposal → close, without delivery, product, or account management distractions.
If you’re commission-motivated, process-led, and happiest when your diary is full of customer conversations, this will suit you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Owning a defined list of prospects and active opportunities
- Running high-volume outbound and follow-up activity (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Booking and leading discovery calls and demos using a clear, repeatable narrative
- Progressing deals with explicit next steps, owners, and timelines
- Managing your pipeline properly in CRM (same-day updates, clean stage movement)
- Working from sales playbooks and improving messaging based on conversion data
- Closing deals cleanly and handing over clearly to delivery teams
What “Successful” Looks Like:
- A consistent daily operating rhythm and strong activity levels
- Deals moving forward or being qualified out quickly (no zombie pipeline)
- Early wins within the first 90 days
- Accurate pipeline, clean CRM, and no surprises for delivery
What Our Client is Looking For:
- 1–4 years in B2B sales (AE or strong SDR → AE progression)
- Comfortable with structured sales processes and activity targets
- Strong CRM discipline (HubSpot ideal, Salesforce also fine)
- Commercial, resilient, and motivated by outcomes
- Low ego, high reliability — executes the system rather than redesigning it
Nice to have: SaaS, fintech, lending, regulated industries, workflow or AI-enabled products.
