The Opportunity:
This role is for an experienced deal leader, not a passenger.
We’re working with an AI SaaS company selling into regulated, multi-stakeholder environments, where deals involve procurement, risk, compliance, and senior decision-makers. The product works, demand exists, and the business now needs strong commercial leadership to convert complex opportunities into repeatable revenue.
You’ll own mid-market and enterprise deals end to end, from first meeting through close and expansion, while maintaining pace, protecting delivery, and keeping forecasting honest.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading structured discovery to uncover pain, urgency, and the buying process
- Multi-threading deals across commercial, operational, and risk stakeholders
- Creating and running mutual action plans to maintain momentum
- Running high-quality demos and proposals without unnecessary bespoke work
- Negotiating commercials and closing deals with discipline
- Driving land-and-expand opportunities post-close
- Maintaining accurate CRM hygiene and credible forecasts
- Ensuring clean handovers into delivery (scope, outcomes, boundaries)
What “Successful” Looks Like:
- Predictable deal progression and credible forecasting
- Strong win rates without defaulting to discounting
- Clean delivery handovers and protected margins
- A repeatable sales motion others can learn from
What Our Client is Looking For:
- 5–10+ years in B2B SaaS sales (or equivalent)
- Proven experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Strong negotiation and qualification discipline
- Process-first mindset with excellent CRM habits
- Calm, commercial, low-ego operator who gets deals done
Nice to have: Fintech, lending, regulated markets, workflow automation, AI products.
