Summary

Undertake Holistic Needs Assessment for all newly diagnosed patients and as treatment modalities change Sign post patients to relevant internal and external support services; making referrals and supporting with application forms as necessary Man the NNUH Information Pod and Cromer Centre for drop in advice and information Support health and well being events both internally and externally Make clinical visits for inpatients Good and accurate IT skills with knowledge of word, excel and hospital systems.
